Sīrū provides mobile data connectivity services through eSIM technology. The Service allows users to purchase data plans for international travel and use them via compatible devices.
To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree not to share your account credentials or to allow anyone else to access your account.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:
We use third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe) to handle payments. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for the services purchased. All prices are displayed in EUR and may be shown in other currencies for convenience.
Prices for services are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days by contacting us at support@siru.world.
This guarantee is in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Sīrū and its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or transmit any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sīrū shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by removing your account information from our system.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
If you have a dispute regarding our services, please contact us first at support@siru.world. We will make every effort to resolve the issue informally. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, either party may pursue resolution through the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
